Terms and Conditions of Sale:


1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all sales concluded between Ledeadress, whose registered office is located at Rue de Wand 126, 1020 Brussels (Belgium), and any customer (hereinafter "the Customer") for the purchase of wedding dresses, evening dresses or accessories, whether in-store or via e-commerce.

2. Customized nature of products

The items sold by Ledeadress are either custom-made in our workshop or semi-custom-made by our partner brands, according to the Customer's specific choices (model, size, color, finishes, etc.).

These products are considered personalized or made to order, in accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Economic Law Code. Consequently, no right of withdrawal may be exercised, whether the dress is made by Ledeadress or by a partner company. Due to this unique and personalized nature, all orders are final and binding once confirmed. No cancellations or refunds can be accepted, regardless of the reasons given.

3. Order

All orders are considered confirmed after payment of a non-refundable deposit of 60% of the total price. This deposit guarantees the reservation of the chosen model (dress, accessories, etc.) and its characteristics (size, color, any options).

The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival of the dress, before any alterations are made.

Once the order has been confirmed, no changes or cancellations can be accepted.

4. Order cancellation

Any order confirmed with Ledeadress is considered firm and final.

Given the personalized nature of the items (wedding dresses, evening dresses, accessories), no cancellations, modifications, or refunds will be accepted once the order has been confirmed, regardless of whether the item is made by Ledea or one of its partner brands.

The Customer is invited to carefully check all details (model, size, color, delivery times, etc.) before confirming their order.

5. Rates and payment

Prices are quoted in euros, including all taxes. The balance is payable at the time of the final fitting or before the dress is delivered. Accepted methods of payment are: bank transfer, credit card, or cash (within the legal limit).

6. Production times

Delivery times are generally between 4 and 9 months from the date the order is confirmed.
An express service is available at an additional cost of 10% of the price. This surcharge may also apply if the order is placed late and expedited processing is required to meet the deadline (the customer will be notified in advance).

7. First fittings for wedding and evening dresses

The first fittings for wedding dresses and evening gowns are subject to a fee and serve as a ticket to an exclusive, tailor-made VIP experience that is much more than just a simple fitting.

In order to guarantee an intimate, personalized, and relaxing fitting experience, the Customer is required to pay the following at the time of booking:

  • €25 for a first wedding dress fitting

  • €10 for a first fitting of an evening dress

This payment:

  • Confirms the reserved slot and allows for personalized organization of the fitting.

  • Will be deducted in full from the price of the dress if the Customer makes a purchase.

  • Non-refundable in case of non-purchase, failure to attend the appointment, or late cancellation.

During her appointment, each customer has access to a private showroom and all the models available in the store.
Appointments are organized to ensure a personalized welcome and attentive service.

This arrangement allows Ledea to prepare each fitting in an optimal and personalized manner, while ensuring that both parties fulfill their commitments, in order to offer an elegant, high-quality, and memorable experience.

8. Fittings and alterations

Fittings for alterations are a service that is completely separate from the purchase of the wedding dress, evening gown, or accessories. They are not included in the sale price of the items.

9. Delivery or collection

The Customer will be notified as soon as the dress is ready. She has 15 business days to come and collect it. After this period, storage fees of €30/week may apply.

10. Cancellation of the event

The cancellation of a wedding or ceremony does not give rise to any refund. The dress remains the property of the Customer once the order has been confirmed.

11. Complaints

Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery or collection. After this period, the dress is considered accepted.

12. Personal data

The data collected is strictly confidential. It is used exclusively in the context of the commercial relationship. In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer may request access to, rectification or deletion of their data at any time.

13. Disputes and applicable law

These GTC are subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the company's judicial district shall have sole jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
